Rates for part-time and full-time nannies vary greatly depending on the candidate’s experience, duties, preferred schedule, and the level of travel and flexibility required in the role.

As you embark on this exciting journey to find the perfect nanny, let's talk about what you can expect in terms of investment:
‍● A $500 launch fee to commence the search
● A one-time placement fee tailored to your search level (20-25% of the candidate's total gross annual compensation)

On the other side of this equation, our exceptional �� seek:
‍● A minimum rate of $25-$35 per hour, with variations based on specific role requirements, expectations, and geographic location
● We encourage providing essential benefits such as health insurance and/or healthcare stipends, paid time off, sick time, and other standard professional benefits to ensure our nannies thrive in their roles.

What is a part-time nanny?

Part-time nannies typically work 25-35 hours each week, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Schedules range from 3-5 days each week—whatever best suits the needs of your family. We’ll work with you to determine a set schedule that works for everyone!

What is a full-time nanny?

Full-time nannies typically work 40-55+ hour weeks, some with varying schedules. While some nannies work standard 9-5 shifts, others may work rotational schedules (ROTA) along with other nannies to provide 24/7 care.
