Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you are using a gift certificate, membership massage or coupon they will expire at that time.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a"no-show", they will be charged for their missed appointment, if a gift certificates or a membership massage is used, it will expire!

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to me, your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Wellness Membership

Entitles you to a 1 hour massage session per month during the term of your membership.  Unused prepaid massages will roll over to the following month and can be used at any time during your membership term.  All unused prepaid membership massages will expire after the term of your membership.  Membership massages are not transferable to any other person.

Gift Certificate Expiration Date

Under Va. Code §59.1-531:

Each gift certificate issued by a merchant in the Commonwealth that has a expiration date shall include either (i)a statement of the expiration date of the certificate or (ii) a telephone number or internet address where the holder of the certificate may obtain information regarding the expiration date of the certificate.

Therefore it is typically legal under Va law for the certificate to have an expiration date if it is stated on the certificate or provides a telephone number related to restrictions.

Expiration Date Policy!

The expiration date written on the certificate is valid under Virginia Law and applies if no contact was made either by phone or online to schedule an appointment before the expiration date of the certificate.
Gift Certificates have no cash value and can not be exchanged for cash.

I look forward seeing you soon!
